Red grape or Vitis vinifera

Fruits and leaves are harvested used fresh or dried. This fruit is widely used in making wine. The fruit juice can be concentrated and used as a sweetener in dietary supplements. The dried fruits are the raisins.  An oil from the seed of Vitis vinifera is edible.
