Quick and easy preparation.
– the cooked boletus sauce is perfect with veal cutlets, pork filet and pasta.
– Dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder (20 g) into 200 ml of cold milk (e.g. partly skimmed) and bring it to the boil while stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 5 min., stirring occasionally.
TIP- Quick and tasty dishes
Pasta for 4 people.
Cook 400g of pasta in salted boiling water. Drain. Pour the pasta back into the pot. Add 4 tablespoons (80 g) Salsa ai Funghi and mix well.
Cooking Risotto, for 4 people.
Cook 320 g rice risotto in 1,2 liters of water with 3 tablespoons topped Salsa ai Funghi and 0,5 teaspoon salt (3 g) for about 15-18 minutes. May add parmesan, when ready.
